This website has been developed to help people that have Mental Health and any other Issues… To post your fishing catches and talk about struggles or ask for support in a safe and supportive environment.
No question is a stupid question and there is no such thing as a fish that is too small.
Even if they are the smallest fish!!!!!!
We are all here to lift people up NOT put them down.
We want to make this a safe place for us all to post, have fun, chat to people in the same situation……
BUT also to ask for help if needed.
If you do not fish but want to learn, or feel that fishing might help you to relax then just ask if someone would be willing to take you for a fish.
What is mental health?
It’s an expression we use every day, so it might surprise you that the term ‘mental health’ is frequently misunderstood.
‘Mental health’ is often used as a substitute for mental health conditions – such as depression, anxiety conditions, schizophrenia, and others.
According to the World Health Organisation, however, mental health is “a state of well-being in which every individual realises his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community.”
So rather than being about ‘what’s the problem?’ it’s really about ‘what’s going well?’
